We are so honored to receive a Chrysalis Award for the second year in a row! This year we won in the regional Residential Historic Renovation category for this charming 1920's home which we completely updated in Libertyville’s Heritage Area.  Our project was up against design studios throughout the Midwest.

“2016 was very competitive with the largest number of entries in the past 8 years and some of the best projects the judges have seen,” said Ken Kanline from Chrysalis Awards.

We call this “vintage chic” because we preserved the original “bones” of the house but gave it a fresh, clean update. A big thanks to the Chrysalis judges, to our client, Nancy Burton, and to the talented Sweet Peas Design team - Beth Kweton, senior designer, and Architectural Associate Jennifer Cioni Tarello.   We invite you to take a tour of the whole house.
