Fridayand Saturday September 25 and 26 at 1350 W. Randolph Street, Chicago

I’ve beeninvited to be one of this year’s interior design "Tastemakers" and I’m veryhonored and excited! I will be there Friday night and Saturday morning reviewingall the vendors and pinning ribbons on my favorite booth  and favoriteitems.   A percentage of the proceeds from each Tastemaker's topbooth will go to the charity of their choice – mine is Lake County Cares (LCC). http://www.lakecountycares.org/.But more than 40 different charities will benefit overall.

I know LCCfrom the inside because I am a board member:  It is the heart ofvolunteering in Lake County and does a tremendous amount of good with aremarkably small budget. LCC connects volunteers with agencies that desperatelyneed them to work on issues such as poverty, homelessness, literacy, veterans’issues and eldercare.

Pleasefollow me on Twitter https://twitter.com/SusanBrunstrumand/or Instagram https://instagram.com/susan_brunstrumas I share my discoveries from the market, and please pass along your photos tome if you buy anything from my favorite booth.

ThisEuropean-style, indoor-outdoor market is one of my favorite weekend hangouts. There are 8 acres – really! - of shopping, eating, drinking, live musicand other entertainment. They gather 200 vendors of vintage and antiquefurnishings, clothing, jewelry and Indie designer goods, and be sure to stop bythe Global Goods Bazaar stocked with crafts and artisan goods and the FancyFood Market.

Advance tickets are $8; $10 at the gate. http://www.randolphstreetmarket.com/

Hope to seeyou there!
