Meet the Studio Brunstrum Team!

Staff Highlight: Cristina | Office and Procurement Manager

A life-long Chicagoan, Cristina lives in the city with her son. She indulges her interest in the arts by listening to late night jazz, discovering little-known artists, experiencing cultural events and exploring writing, dance, music, canvas and design. Her cultural curiosity was sparked by a diverse family background that includes Mexican, German, Bohemian and French. Cristina brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Studio Brunstrum, having worked in-house for a contractor, vendor and at a design firm prior to beginning her role as Office | Procurement Manager. Her daily responsibilities allow her to leverage her strengths in organization, mathematics and attention to detail, while indulging her passion for creative minds and culture.

Why Interior Design?:
I can put my attention to detail to good use while being part of a creative collaboration.
It is the best of both worlds.

Why Studio Brunstrum?:
Studio Brunstrum is all about growth and innovation. I enjoy being part of a team that is always open to new ideas for personal and professional growth.

Favorite Part of Your Job?:
The favorite part of my job is being able to see the result of everyone’s hard work. All the time spent, meticulous details and design coming together to create a great space for our client. It begins as a creative idea and transforms into a visual statement.

Describe Your Personal Interiors Style:
My bedroom (my personal sanctuary), has very warm delicate tones of blush pink, natural woods and cream white. I love simple comfort, pillows for days, soft white shag rug and my sage candle burning almost daily. The rest of my home has more color with teals, yellows and greys. Still sticking with the warm tones and natural wood elements.
